Commertize charges a flat fee per project, set by the complexity of the structure and not by the asset's value or the size of any raise: $15,000, $25,000 or $50,000.

The highest tier that any feature of the structure reaches sets the fee.
If the asset is tokenized, operations cost $10 per holder per month, plus a $750 reporting fee each time a payment file is delivered.
Third-party costs are billed at cost.
Work outside the scope described on this page is quoted in writing as a flat fee before it starts.
