Commertize, Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in Newport Beach, California, and it reviews assets from sponsors in the United States and in other countries. Each offering is made under its issuer's own offering documents and the securities-law exemption the issuer relies on, and those determine who may invest. Investors outside the United States should not assume that any offering is open to them, and local law may also restrict participation.

On Commertize, an issuer records the securities it issues, such as units in the entity that owns an asset, as digital tokens. Each offering has its own token, issued at the price set in the issuer's offering documents, and each token represents the interest those documents describe. Tokens are issued and recorded on blockchain infrastructure, and the transfer rules for each offering are enforced in the token contract.

The Commertize marketplace is where issuers display the tokenized offerings they run. Commertize does not recommend or sell any offering; each offering's terms, eligibility and availability are set by its issuer in its offering documents.

Each offering's issuer sets who may invest, under its offering documents and the securities-law exemption it relies on. Offerings made under Rule 506(c) are open only to accredited investors, and the issuer must take reasonable steps to confirm that status before you invest. No. Commertize does not handle, hold, or custody investor funds. All fund movement, custody, and settlement are handled by the issuer and its own banking and payment providers. Commertize operates strictly as a technology and capital markets infrastructure platform.
