Tokenization & Marketplace
How does tokenization work on Commertize?
Tokenization on Commertize involves creating a unique digital token that represents an interest in a specific real-world asset. Each asset listed on Commertize has its own dedicated token, is issued at a defined token price, and represents direct economic exposure to the underlying asset. Tokens are issued and managed on blockchain infrastructure, allowing assets to operate within digital capital markets while remaining tied to real-world value.
What is the Commertize marketplace?
Commertize provides a digital marketplace that connects asset sponsors, who submit and list tokenized assets, with investors, who browse, evaluate, and invest in those assets. The marketplace is designed to facilitate compliant access to tokenized real-world assets, not speculative trading. Availability and participation depend on asset structure and regulatory requirements.
What is the minimum investment on Commertize?
Minimum investment amounts vary by asset and are set on an asset-by-asset basis. Minimums are expected to start around $1,000 for many offerings, allowing fractional participation in assets that were traditionally inaccessible to smaller investors.
